2 piece garment with a cage skirt crinoline style.  Crinoline can be worn under any skirt to create dramatic volume.  We love that it is open in the front as it makes for easy wearing.  Top lace skirt has layers of mesh and spiderweb lace.  The top portion has a tie front closure and can be worn with or without the crinoline.  Crinoline also has a tie front closure.
