What do I do if I received a defective order?

If your order arrives damaged or you did not receive the correct item please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can correct the order.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.


Can you hold this item in store for me?

We would be pleased to place an item on a complimentary 48-hour hold for you. Go ahead and give us a call/message or email.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use USPS and UPS for all U.S. orders. Ground shipping for U.S. orders may take up to 5-9 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work resolve the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you happen to order something from us and it doesn't work out, no worries! You have 30 days from the order/purchase date to return the item for store credit. Item must be returned in new, unworn, pet hair and smoke/odor free and able to be resold. Item must have the original store tags attached and is in its original packaging. You can either exchange it in-store or ship it back, You can always bring the items to the retail store to avoid shipping back.

If you receive an item that's damaged, please let us know directly so we can take care of it for you. Please note that sale items, hair accessories, wigs, used items, intimate items (including swimwear), shoes, cosmetics and earrings are all final sale. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, items lost in transit back or return shipping fees.

Your store credits will be issued between 2-5 business days from receipt of the returned item minus the shipping fees.

Gift Cards and Discount Codes

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes! Gift cards are like cash.  You can reuse your gift card as many times as you like until the balance has been depleted.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Definitely! You can redeem another gift card during checkout as a customer.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to use a gift card to purchase another gift card.


Are all of your items online and in-store? Also, are your in-store items online?

Our physical boutique is our inventory. This means everything online is in the store. There are exclusive items only available in our retail store. Come on out and visit us!

I cannot find the answers to my question here, how do I reach customer service?

Can I trade in my gothic style clothing? How does that work?

You can absolutely bring in your used goth style clothing. Our trading days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please make sure your garments are washed, pet hair and odor free in good condition.

We take clothing, shoes and some accessories.

We cannot accept wigs/hair items, heavily worn or damaged items, furniture , artwork or items that do not fit the vibe of the store.

Traded in good are paid out in store credits which can be applied to anything in the store except: Gift Cards and Cosignment items.
