Jaquard fabric with a wavy texture.  Collar is detached and can be worn with other garments.  Collar has a velvet ribbon tie front with 2 faux fur pom poms at the ends.  Hem is high low and coat has lacing at the sides for an adjustable fit. We love the rose buttons at the front and the pockets!
