Adjustable strap dress with a distressed feathered like chiffon fabric.  Hem is edgy with long sides and shorter front/back.  Lacing in the front AND back make it easy to customize the fit.   There is a zipper closure for easy on/off.  Can be worn with or without a petticoat (sold sepperately)
