Made entirely of velvet knit, it features wide cuffs, a pointed hem, adjustable drawstrings at the back, and pleated embellishments on both sides. Dramatic sleeves with elastic cuffs feature full ruffled cuffs trimmed in ruffled lace.  Ruffles are also featured at the neckline and collar.  Front has a button closure and the back features lacing for a personalized fit.
