Layered Full skirt with ruffle trim and elastic waist.  Lace overlay with an opaque underlayer.

Skirt is one size with a drawstring for custom sizing.  Layers of draped lace and chiffon over under layer of black or wine colored fabric. Lace is dramatic as it cascades as the top layer.  Hemline also features ruffled lace trim. Your choice of black or wine color.  Keep in mind some slight color variance for the wine selection can happen with restocks.
